Tax Assistant

Job Summary
Support employee tax reporting and shadow payroll activities by collecting, validating, and maintaining compensation data for cross-border employment. Coordinate with payroll teams, finance, and external providers to ensure timely data exchange, while monitoring end-of-year tax settlements and preparing documentation for audits. Assist stakeholders with administrative aspects of wage tax processes and answer basic personal income tax questions for international staff. Maintain records and trackers related to personnel tax compliance, and prepare guidance materials on tax matters. Report to the Head of Global Mobility in the Netherlands, working closely with HR, Finance, and Payroll.
