Tax and Development Finance Attorney with 4+ years of experience; responsible for tax-informed structuring of commercial real estate development transactions (including multifamily), formation of LLCs/partnerships/corporations with multi-tier structures, transaction and project financing involving developers, investors, lenders, government agencies, and bond issuers; planning, negotiating, and structuring project financing involving federal tax credits (green energy/investment, low-income housing, historic properties) and state/local tax credits (notably NYS), as well as M&A transaction structuring and financing.
