Job Summary
Senior Tax Analyst responsible for leading complex tax engagements from planning through delivery, preparing and reviewing Puerto Rico income tax returns (corporate, partnership, individual), developing tax strategies under Act 60 and other incentives (Acts 20, 22, 73, 83), and preparing ASC 740-compliant tax provisions. Collaborates across legal, compliance, and finance teams on permits and filings; provides tax advisory services including planning, compliance, and research; analyzes tax policies to identify risks and opportunities; maintains strong client relationships and manages expectations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge in GAAP and tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish
