Tax Analyst, International

Job Summary
Prepare direct and indirect tax returns, coordinate with external providers, and manage month-end financial reporting for Starlink subsidiaries. Ensure local tax and e-invoicing compliance across existing jurisdictions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a strong network with external resources. Coordinate tax payments, monitor dates, calculate amounts, and record transactions accurately. Maintain tax records, legal agreements, customs, and transfer pricing documentation, and assist with audits from taxing authorities. This role supports the international tax team in Dublin, Ireland, requiring onsite presence and willingness to work extended hours for critical deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of combined tax experience in public accounting and/or multinational corporation
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekend when needed to meet critical deadlines
- This position is based in Dublin, Ireland and requires being onsite - remote or hybrid work will not be considered
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax
- Prior experience at Big 4 accounting firm or multinational companies
- Understanding of e-invoicing requirements and VAT/GST
- Demonstrated understanding of indirect tax compliance for digital services, satellite communications, or imported hardware in multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with transfer pricing
- Data analytics skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, OneSource, Alteryx, and SQL
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in work processes
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively as well as independently
- French or Portuguese is a plus
