Job Summary
Tax Analyst in Copeland's Global Business Services, focusing on tax calculation, filing, planning, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include preparing annual income tax returns, monthly/quarterly sales tax filings, calculating deferred taxes, maintaining transfer pricing documentation, supporting tax payments and customs compliance, updating tax master data, and addressing inquiries from internal stakeholders. Requires collaboration across Regions (US, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil), strong analytical skills, and proficiency with tax regulations; English and Spanish fluency are required. Preferred CPA or EA designation and experience with Oracle ERP, US GAAP/IFRS, and cross-geography tax work. The role supports a global tax function within a climate technology company and emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in taxation, finance, accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience with tax accounting and general accounting
