Job Summary
Tax Analyst role within BlackRock Product Tax, based in Budapest, responsible for monitoring external custodial documentation, reporting, and ad-hoc requests to maintain tax documentation; develop escalation protocols; facilitate production and transmittal of tax-critical documents to custodians and third parties; assist in maintenance of tax data points in Aladdin; complete periodic reconciliation of fund tax rate entitlements and reporting classifications; lead projects to improve processes and drive efficiency; require degree in Business/Accounting/Finance and 2+ years of relevant experience; strong Excel/database skills; comfortable working across global teams; hybrid work model with office presence in Budapest.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, legal, investment management, brokerage, capital markets, or custody
- Documentation/compliance experience preferable
- Strong excel / database skills
- Self-starter able to work independently when necessary
