Tax Accounting Specialist

Job Summary
The Tax Accounting Specialist will support global tax compliance and accounting activities from our shared service location. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing monthly tax accounting entries and reconciling tax balances; assisting in the preparation of monthly closing board notes across all jurisdictions; coordinating with internal teams to collect and validate tax-related data; participating in internal audits and supporting external audit requests related to tax accounting; identifying areas for process improvements and implementing best practices in tax operations; and maintaining documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a shared service or multinational environment
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
