Job Summary
Experienced Trust & Estate Tax Accountant to prepare fiduciary returns, assist attorneys and paralegals in probate, trusts and estates administration, draft Form 706 and gift tax returns, develop fiduciary accounting, and provide attentive client service within a law firm environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in preparing complex tax returns, with a focus on fiduciary returns
- 3+ years of experience in fiduciary accounting is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Prior experience with trust and estate administration and planning is preferred
- Prior experience working in a legal setting preferred
