Job Summary
Conduct full service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and manage calculations for individual and business clients using Intuit TurboTax products. Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and deliver personalized tax planning. Act as a proactive community ambassador by engaging new prospects, nurturing leads, and driving local client acquisition through marketing support. Deliver exceptional in-person and video customer experiences while building long-term trust and loyalty. Work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours weekly, with hours scaling during peak demand.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season
- Experience using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Availability Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment
