Job Summary
Tax Expert – Retail On-Site at Intuit’s TurboTax location(s) across the United States on a seasonal basis. Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software/support to TurboTax clients, serving in-person and virtually, to build local presence and client relationships. Lead community outreach, participate in local marketing, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while helping customers navigate tax needs. On-site role with flexible 25–34 hour weekly schedule and requirement to hold an active EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney credential with PTIN; bilingual skills a plus. Location shown: Naperville, IL (on-site, seasonal).
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must reside within the United States.
