Job Summary
Conduct full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and facilitate discovery sessions for in-person customers using TurboTax products. Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach and local marketing support. Deliver personalized tax solutions by uncovering deductions, minimizing liabilities, and maximizing refunds while building trust to foster multi-year relationships. Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador by speaking at events and creating accessible tax-related content to grow the local client base. Work onsite at a retail or flagship location Sunday through Saturday, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a focus on empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
- Must be available Sunday through Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
- Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
