Job Summary
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Review and compile financial statements. Assist in overseeing junior accountants, and maintain monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliations. Provide support during IRS and state/local audits and resolutions. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience. The firm seeks dynamic individuals willing to engage actively with clients to empower them with timely, accurate information.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Experience in preparing and reviewing compiled financial statements
- Ability to assist with overseeing junior accountants
- Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations
- Familiarity with IRS and state/local audits and resolutions
