Support the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef by ensuring kitchen and equipment remain in good working order while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Assist chefs with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables. Keep the kitchen area clean and ensure cold items are stocked. Maintain sound judgment and attention to detail while obtaining all necessary work cards. Requires one to two years of cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
