Job Summary
Respond to equipment staging and delivery requests, safely storing and staging IT hardware for client sites. Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments while troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty equipment to minimize downtime via remote support. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during all operations, collaborating with the remote support team to ensure efficient service delivery. Work on an on-call basis with flexible, intermittent hours between $50-$90 per hour, including travel and parking expenses. Gain exposure to diverse networking and IT operations through hands-on experience with various data center technologies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- basic experience as a Data Center Technician or IT works
- Decent knowledge of data center equipment, IT hardware, and associated technologies
- Ability to work on an on-call basis
