Job Summary
Taste of India Utrecht seeks 2 Self Employed Cooks I (M/F) to join an international team in a historic Utrecht wharf cellar. Responsibilities include preparatory work, cooking and preparation techniques, quality checks of doneness, HACCP compliance, inventory and stock management, cleaning and maintenance, providing guidance to support staff, and contributing to menu development. Requirements include MBO 3 level, demonstrable basic cooking techniques, initiative, resilience under peak workloads, quality orientation, teamwork, ability to work day/evening/weekends, and Dutch or English communication. Locality: Utrecht, NL; remote work not offered; salary negotiated per Horeca CAO (€2,506–€3,033 gross/month, based on experience). Benefits include staff meals and an international team.
