Job Summary
Tasker role blending CSR/Traffic clerk duties in DHL Supply Chain’s warehouse environment. The incumbent will expeditе transactions through the warehouse management system, provide information and resolve issues with customers, carriers, and warehouse staff, and support outbound, inbound or parcel functions. Responsibilities include planning, allocating, picking, manifesting, and closing daily waves of orders; monitoring workload via system screens; coordinating carrier schedules and communications; generating reports; and ensuring smooth shift turnover. Requires walking both inside and outside the facility, verifying paperwork and trailer information, with systems experience including SAP, Email, Yardview, and Google Sheets. 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with a $20.50/hour pay plus a $1 shift differential, and onsite/hybrid work at the Lockbourne, OH location. Role emphasizes collaboration with drivers, warehouse teams, and IT/procurement to resolve issues and maintain accurate data. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; preferred six months warehouse/dispatch experience; basic Excel skills.
