Job Summary
Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily waves of orders while monitoring workload through warehouse management system screens. Coordinate inbound and outbound carrier schedules, manage shipping dock exchanges, and resolve data transmission errors with customer IT and procurement teams. Generate shift progress reports and audit sheets to evaluate performance, ensuring seamless physical and systematic transactions. Work the second shift with a base pay of $22.50 per hour plus shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months warehouse experience
Desired Qualifications
- A MINIMUM of 6 months' experience in Inventory Control to include: Cycle Count, reporting inventory discrepancies, receiving inventory, monitoring inventory levels
- Prioritizing, scheduling and planning tasks for assigned department
- Freight and Truck scheduling and planning for inbound and/or outbound shipments and maintaining accurate BOL's (Bills of Lading)
- Coordinating tasks and schedules across all departments, including shipping, receiving, inbound and outbound freight
- 0-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch
- Basic understanding and application of Microsoft Excel
