Job Summary

Support daily office operations for Residential Living & Learning by providing customer service to students, families, and visitors via in-person, phone, and email channels. Maintain departmental records, reports, and confidential information while preparing correspondence, forms, and administrative documents. Assist with student housing processes, including occupancy records and communications for the Occupancy Management functional area. Monitor departmental email to route inquiries to appropriate staff. Perform other duties as assigned. This temporary role runs from October through December 2026.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of related experience
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
  • Ability to handle confidential matters and to be professional
  • Ability to work well with groups of people
  • All positions are security-sensitive
  • Applicants are subject to a criminal history investigation
  • Employment is contingent upon the institution's verification of credentials and/or other information required by the institution's procedures
  • Completion of the criminal history check
