Job Summary
Deploy UiPath Process Mining to ingest event logs from claims systems like Epic and Availity, reconstructing actual process flows and identifying bottlenecks across adjudication and denial workflows. Capture desktop-level user interactions to generate data-backed documentation of as-is processes, then quantify volume, cycle time, and error rates to build defensible ROI models for automation. Translate these insights into prioritized automation candidates with scope estimates and handoff inputs for RPA development teams. Present findings and business cases to operations leaders while facilitating workshops with claims SMEs to validate processes and co-design future-state workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business/process analysis
- at least 2 years focused on healthcare claims operations
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining and/or Task Mining
- equivalent tools (Celonis, Minit, Fluxicon Disco)
- Deep understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle
