Job Summary
Task Order Project Manager responsible for leading legacy application migration initiatives to Microsoft Azure across large IT programs. Drive assessment of current environments for migration opportunities, implement modernization best practices across IL2-IL6 environments, manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular technical updates to government stakeholders. Support Agile ceremonies and sprint reviews, coordinate requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Required skills include Azure cloud services, cloud migration, DevOps, program management, governance reporting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and experience in government or defense IT modernization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Proven experience as a project manager in IT modernization
- Experience with Azure, cloud computing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with MS Project and GitLab or similar tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
