Task Force Property Manager

Task Force Manager for Waterton Property Operations is responsible for properties without a permanent Community Manager, overseeing all aspects of community operations to achieve occupancy and income goals, including employee management, budgeting, leasing and sales oversight, property inspections/maintenance, capital projects, and regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, ADA, Section 504). Travel up to 100% is required. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in progressive property/ hotel or multifamily experience with at least 2 years in a manager role, and a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred). Onsite management in Chicago, IL.
