Job Summary
Task Force Operations Manager will oversee the successful operation and administration of all hotel departments, ensuring safety, quality, and franchise standards. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining standards and procedures, responding to guest issues, coordinating with property leadership, training and developing staff, assisting with payroll/accounting and scheduling, and balancing department performance to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, a college degree (or equivalent), strong communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and willingness to travel to various hotel locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
- College degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of front desk/accounting/Human Resources procedures and protocol
- Exceptional communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
