Job Summary
Task Manager & Trainer will travel between hotels in the portfolio to support operational execution, training on brand standards, staffing coverage, and transition activities. Responsibilities include providing operational support, conducting audits, assisting with openings and transitions, ensuring compliance with QA standards, and developing hands-on training for front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams. The role partners with corporate leadership, General Managers, and department leaders to drive performance, guest service excellence, and adherence to brand policies across multiple brands (IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Best Western). Travel between properties and states is required, with a focus on improving operations, staffing, and guest satisfaction while supporting leadership development and coaching across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years hotel management or multi-department hospitality experience
- Experience with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or Best Western preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and coach hotel teams
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently between properties and states
- Experience with hotel PMS systems and brand platforms preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including occasional weekends if needed
