Job Summary
Task Force General Manager role leading across multiple Los Angeles venues. Responsibilities include stepping into interim GM roles to stabilize operations, conducting rapid unit assessments across service, food quality, labor and costs, implementing brand standards, coaching and developing unit management, supporting hiring, onboarding and training for managers and hourly staff, improving labor productivity, COGS control, guest satisfaction, health/safety compliance, and revenue growth, stabilizing underperforming units using company playbooks, and leading openings, remodels, relaunches, and operational transitions. Also responsible for liaison between operations leadership and unit teams, providing timely progress reports, risks, and recommendations. Travel across locations and strong leadership, operational, financial, and guest service expertise are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of GM-level restaurant leadership
- Multi-unit or multi-concept experience
- High-volume experience in polished/fine-dining, full-service environments
- Proven ability to diagnose challenges quickly and implement effective solutions
- Strong leadership presence with ability to motivate diverse teams under pressure
- Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, financial controls, and guest service standards
- Willingness to travel frequently and undertake extended assignments across locations
- Excellent communication, training, and change-management skills
