Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage Division, overseeing banquet functions, lounges, room service, and restaurants while directing a front-of-house team to deliver memorable guest experiences. Monitor labor costs, financial performance, and staff development through daily line-ups, walk-throughs, and BEO meetings. Lead restaurant supervisors, handle hiring and training, and partner with the Executive Chef for menu and pricing approval. Act as an advocate for the restaurant, build relationships with in-house clients, and ensure budget adherence across payroll and cost of sales. Requires 100% travel, flexible scheduling including evenings and holidays, and a background in luxury hotel restaurant management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Restaurant GM or Director of Food and Beverage in a luxury hotel environment
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable)
- Experience with all aspects of restaurant/banquet/catering operations, and sales including budgeting, expense management, inventory, payroll and labor costing, staffing, marketing, owner relations, and P&L management
- Proven systems knowledge and experience with restaurant POS systems or combination of these systems
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Extensive travel is required

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management, Business or equivalent field
