Job Summary
Task Force Coordinator to facilitate a multi-agency collaboration addressing human trafficking victims. Responsible for organizing monthly law enforcement and victim services meetings, coordinating grant operations and performance reporting, developing and revising care coordination protocols and MOUs, fostering partnerships across government agencies, non-profits, and community organizations, and providing technical assistance to partner agencies. Will maintain task force data and reports, promote public awareness, and support training and professional development. Role involves travel about 25% locally, representing the task force in community meetings, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and upholding agency policies and ethical standards. Requires strong leadership, writing and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish asset), ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with federal grants and program evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, public administration, or closely related field of study
- Master’s degree in one of the following areas preferred
- Project management experience that includes collecting and reporting data, scheduling regular meetings, and developing procedures
- Experience with victims of human trafficking, sexual abuse and neglect, domestic violence or individuals experiencing homelessness and/or addiction
- Requires three years working directly with victims or law enforcement
- Knowledge of a victim-centered, trauma informed approach to interacting with victims
- Administrative knowledge of and/or experience with federal grants, partnership development, protocol development, program development, quality assurance and evaluation
- Bilingual strongly preferred
