Assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, activity preparation, and routine tasks in accordance with accepted standards of practice and state regulations. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills while supporting social programs. This 12-hour shift role requires weekend availability and a flexible, energetic personality.
