Job Summary
TASC Case Manager Supervisor in South Central North Carolina overseeing TASC Care Managers across Cumberland, Hoke, Scotland, Robeson, Sampson, and Duplin counties. Office-based with required travel; primary office in Cumberland County. Responsibilities include supervisory and administrative direction of program activities, staff supervision on non-clinical matters, serving as main liaison with staff and community partners, participating in leadership team meetings, assisting with intakes/assessments and care management during staffing needs, and analyzing caseload compliance and productivity data. Requires a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience) in social work, human services, or related field; supervisory experience preferred; NCASPPB registration preferred. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year providing director counseling and/or supervisory services in the area of criminal justice/substance abuse (at Master’s level)
- Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling services experience in criminal justice/substance abuse (Bachelor’s level)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
