Job Summary
Identify and develop operational leads while providing targeting support to field operations. Leverage various tools and datasets to drive targeting efforts by conducting research and analysis using classified data stores, the internet, and other all-source resources. Query, assess, and analyze intelligence to identify individuals, networks, and organizations of interest. This role requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, a Bachelor's degree, and at least seven years of experience in intelligence analysis and targeting. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in using intelligence databases to support mission-critical operations within the Intelligence Community.
Required Qualifications
- Must currently possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Candidates who do not currently possess this level of clearance will NOT be considered
- A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university
- equivalent work experience
- Spanish language 3+
- At least 7 years of direct customer experience focusing on intelligence analysis, targeting, and operations
- Demonstrated experience in intelligence analysis and targeting
- Experience working with various intelligence databases and tools
- Ability to query, assess, and analyze all-source intelligence to identify individuals, networks, and/or organizations of interest
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to develop and sustain knowledge of complex geographic and/or functional areas or issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using various tools and datasets to support targeting efforts, including open-source research and data analysis
- Understanding of Intelligence Community operations and best practices
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities
