Job Summary
Targeting Officer role on a US Government contract focusing on all-source intelligence for Counterterrorism HUMINT operations. Responsible for leveraging analytical expertise to identify relationships yielding information for critical client requirements, developing all-source intelligence products, providing tailored research using customer-provided tools and datasets, and drafting formal correspondence per government standards. On-site work in the Washington, DC area with progressively senior levels (Level 1–5) and emphasis on advanced experience in HUMINT and intelligence operations.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI US Government security clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university
- Willingness to work on-site in the Washington, DC area
- Level 1: One (1) or more years of demonstrated relevant work experience
- Level 2: Three (3) or more years of demonstrated relevant work experience
- Level 3: Seven (7) or more years of demonstrated relevant work experience. Targeter certification or 7 years of experience as a contractor targeter.
- Level 4: Twelve (12) or more years of demonstrated relevant work experience. Targeter certification or 12 years of experience as a contractor targeter.
- Level 5: Twenty (20) or more years of demonstrated relevant work experience. Targeter certification.
