Job Summary
Targeting Officers (Levels 2 to 5) are sought to support the US Government in Northern Virginia. The role entails manipulating classified and open source databases to identify targeting leads, collaborating with an intelligence team, evaluating counterintelligence concerns, driving operations through written products and briefings, and producing detailed targeting packages. The position involves reviewing operational traffic for intelligence leads, engaging with customer components to address targeting requirements, and conducting detailed searches on items of operational interest to relay pertinent data.
Required Qualifications
- Experience identifying valid threat targets across various mission AORs and conducting all-source target analysis using multiple tools and databases; minimum of one year experience with IC targeting tools.
- Ability to communicate results of targeting efforts in various message formats, including through the preparation of detailed targeting packages.
- Demonstrated experience with customer targeting.
