Job Summary
Targeting Analyst Lead responsible for providing expert-level analysis to develop targets and analyze formal reporting to generate courses of action and alert the U.S. Government to potential threats. Lead and oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects, coordinate with project management and line management, review budgets and schedules, and prepare status reports. Requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph, extensive experience in all-source analysis and intelligence support, ability to triage large data sets, and strong verbal/written communication to support a blended team environment. Location: Tysons, VA (US). Role emphasizes independent analysis, mission-critical support to the Intelligence Community, and leadership of targeting initiatives with adherence to 24x7 operations and stakeholder coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, or an additional 4 years with HS diploma
- 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
- 10+ years of experience in: all-source analysis, HUMINT targeting, counterterrorism operations, counternarcotics analysis, or intelligence support to law enforcement operations
