Targeted Youth Justice Worker

Job Summary
Targeted Youth Justice Worker responsible for direct casework with young people aged 10–17 at risk of entering the criminal justice system, including delivery of diversion, out-of-court disposals, and the MoJ-funded Turnaround Programme. You will build trusting relationships with young people and families, assess risk, develop outcome-focused intervention plans, provide 1:1 and group interventions to reduce offending and exploitation, deliver restorative justice activities, collaborate with multi-agency partners to safeguard and support young people, advocate for young people, support parents and carers, maintain high-quality case records, and contribute to performance targets. The role requires trauma-informed practice, knowledge of safeguarding and child protection processes, and strong communication and partnership-working skills. 36 hours per week with evening and weekend work; located in Romford, England, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma level or equivalent in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, Youth Justice, or related field
