Job Summary
Conduct regular drug abuse case management sessions, orient patients to treatment operations, and collect social, educational, and vocational information. Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive records, making appropriate referrals and performing follow-ups. Coordinate care with community providers, provide crisis intervention and inter-agency documentation, and assist in implementing new programs. Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, participate in in-service trainings, and achieve annual goals. Work in a standard medical office environment with flexible schedules, no nights, and no Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in the related Human Services Related field
- Compliance with federal and state certification and licensure regulations
- Effective communication
- Adequate vision
- Ability to handle variable workload and high-stress situations
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing licensure as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
- Knowledge of addiction, treatment methods, and current trends in opioid maintenance treatment
