Target Security Specialist

Security Specialist responsible for protecting guests and team members by employing intelligence-led security tactics, crisis response, de-escalation, and physical security controls. Duties include monitoring with Target’s video surveillance system, documenting incidents in case management systems, performing merchandise receipt checks and theft recovery support in adherence with AP policies, maintaining a safe store environment, and collaborating with store leadership and public safety officials. Requires flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays) and strong customer-service orientation; must be at least 18 and able to operate technology equipment and handheld scanners. Training provided; prior security or loss-prevention experience advantageous.
