Target Security Specialist

Target Security Specialist responsible for protecting assets and ensuring a safe store environment. Roles include greeting guests, promoting a physical security culture, responding to security incidents, documenting cases in the case management system, leveraging de-escalation techniques, conducting merchandise theft recoveries, performing front-of-store receipt checks, and utilizing Target's video surveillance system. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old; requires flexibility for a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
