Target Security Specialist

Target Security Specialist responsible for using intelligence-led tactics to keep team members and guests safe, manage crises, de-escalate incidents, and ensure a safe, secure store environment. Duties include responding to security incidents, documenting cases in the case management system, performing merchandise receipt checks to prevent theft, leveraging Target's video surveillance system, and collaborating with store leadership and public safety officials. The role requires flexibility to work a dynamic schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays), strong communication, teamwork, physical security tasks, and a focus on de-escalation and safety policies.
