Job Summary
Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) levels 1-4 responsible for advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, maintain targeting and analysis databases, identify intelligence gaps, apply multiple analysis disciplines to networks and digital footprints, and collaboratively develop shared understandings of intelligence needs with government, military, and contractor personnel. The role emphasizes constructing hypotheses, selecting analysis techniques, querying and enriching data, documenting findings, and sharing insights with teammates and intelligence consumers. The position requires working with comprehensive DNI/DNR tools and performing target development and tasking within a cleared environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Liberal Arts field preferred but degree in any field acceptable
- Prior demonstrated experience with software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development
- Capability to run basic DNI and DNR queries with agency tools
- Ability to task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts
- Ability to evaluate leads for tasking and use appropriate tasking authorities
- Understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing
- Understanding of SIGINT collection
- Capability of basic target discovery and collection triage
- Level 1 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree plus four (4) years OR Bachelor's degree or two (2) years OR Master's degree plus two (2) OR Doctorate plus two (2) years
- Level 2 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED plus nine (9) years OR Associate's degree plus seven (7) years OR Bachelor's degree or five (5) years OR Master’s degree plus three (3) years OR Doctorate plus two (2) years
- Level 3 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED plus twelve (12) years OR Associate's degree plus ten (10) years OR Bachelor's degree or eight (8) years OR Master's degree plus six (6) years OR Doctorate plus four (4) years
- Level 4 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED plus fifteen (15) years OR Associate's degree plus thirteen (13) years OR Bachelor's degree or eleven (11) years OR Master's degree plus nine (9) years OR Doctorate plus seven (7) years
