Job Summary
Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) role within the OPS Consulting team. Analyze digital network data, develop target profiles, and enable collection strategies to support mission priorities. Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity; utilize techniques to exploit communications systems for identifying, collecting, analyzing, processing, and disseminating intelligence. Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; perform sustained target analysis using DNI/DNR analytic techniques to identify follow-on collection opportunities, identify intelligence gaps, and recommend adjustments to current or future collection strategies. Support target discovery, development, and collection triage activities; use analytic tools and customer systems to run queries and extract mission-relevant data. Requires DoD/IC experience, expertise with network analysis tools, ability to run DNI/DNR queries, understanding of internet protocols and SIGINT concepts, and progressive experience in target development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD or IC missions as a TDNA or related role
- Experience with network analysis databases and software
- Ability to run DNI and DNR queries
- Understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications, and internet routing
- Foundational knowledge of SIGINT collection
- Experience supporting target discovery and collection triage
