Job Summary
ICR seeks a Mid-Senior Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct analysis of a wide range of systems and communication architectures to support intelligence, analytics, and cyber investigations. Responsibilities include analyzing DNI and DNR information to generate reportable intelligence, building target profiles, and maintaining relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis. The role involves persistent target analysis, identifying intelligence gaps, evaluating gathered intelligence to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close gaps, and performing pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage, and digital footprints. Requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and US Citizenship, with a graded experience path from 10 years of experience (no degree) to combinations of degrees and years as stated. Salary range $120,000–$175,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- US Citizenship required
- 10 years of experience (no degree) OR Associates degree + 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree + 6 years of experience
- Master's degree + 4 years of experience
- Experience reviewing source reporting and raw intelligence to determine its value, significance, and relevance
- Ability to communicate assessments in operational-or strategic-level analytic intelligence products and through oral briefings
- Preferred: Relevant experience with DX, XKS, SCOUT, TARGETPROFILER, ICON, ROCKSTAR, etc.
- Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis
