Job Summary
Targeting Database Manager leads and maintains targeting-related databases (MIDB/MARS) to enable precision targeting, operational planning, and intelligence production. You will oversee data delivery to analysts and mission leadership, refine and build MIDB/MARS queries, coordinate with mission partners, and serve as the primary liaison to MIDB/MARS Program Offices. Responsibilities include providing MIDB/MARS data to 363 ISRG analysts, delivering targeting data to the Directorate of Operations during contingency and planning operations, fulfilling ad-hoc data requests, de-conflicting targeting data with regionally aligned Mission Managers, coordinating with JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS) database managers for consistency, representing 363 ISRG at MIDB/MARS-led targeting working groups, and managing analyst roles/permissions within JTT and NPW to support mission execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years ISR experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Working knowledge of MIDB and MARS
- Targeting experience at the CCMD, AOC, JTF, or MAJCOM level
- Understanding of targeting doctrine outlined in CJCSI 3370 and CJCSI 3160
- Prior experience in unit-level, AOC, C-NAF, or MAJCOM targeting, SIGINT, or intelligence analysis
