Target Customer Planning Manager

Job Summary
Forecast sales, production, and operational targets using historical data and market trends while maintaining accurate promotional planning and spending information. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to align strategies and resource allocation, then analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Communicate monthly key account priorities to field teams and third-party partners to optimize sales at Target, review weekly purchase orders, and support customer functions to ensure optimal revenue realization. Manage internal portals and adjust plans as necessary to drive consistent, aligned sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales planning and/or retailer account management experience within the CPG industry
- Target headquarter level experience
- familiarity with Target's POL portal
- Proficiency in Anaplan or similar forecasting tool
- Must be able to travel 4-6 weeks annually
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel across the country, including evenings and potentially weekends for special events/team off sites
- Clean driver's license
