Job Summary
Operate the cash register, record customer orders, and handle payments while promoting sales through suggestive selling. Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare beverages including agua frescas, juices, coffee, and champurrado. Maintain food safety standards, clean equipment and work areas, and replenish the salsa bar. Smile, greet customers, and provide prompt service in a fast-paced environment. Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Friendly, courteous personality with strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Taqueria menu, foods, and beverages
- Ability to count, handle money, and perform simple math accurately
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic understanding of English language
- Responsible, professional, and positive attitude
- Must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
