Taproom/Front-of-House Manager responsible for supervising restaurant staff, hiring and training, overseeing all restaurant operations, maintaining a smooth front-of-house experience, collaborating with the General Manager to establish policies, and contributing to sales reporting for senior leadership. Must have experience in a full service, high-volume restaurant, knowledge of craft beer, and ideally Level 1 Certified Beer Server (Cicerone) within six months.
