Job Summary
Join Odell Brewing's Taproom team for the summer as a Seasonal Taproom Associate. Provide hospitable guest experiences in the brewery and winery taprooms, including serving guests, assisting with beer and wine ordering, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, handling transactions at the POS, and supporting events and tastings. Requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, weekends, evenings, and some holidays; must be 21+, with at least one year of relevant experience, and a TIPS certification or within 3 months of hire. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 lbs. Compensation includes hourly wage with tips, plus benefits like product allotments and EOE assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Must have at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in a bar or taproom
- TIPS certification required or acquired within 3 months of hire
- Demonstrated passion and ability to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Live music booking, special event experience a plus
- Draft system maintenance, line-cleaning, or troubleshooting experience is a plus
