Job Summary
Setup and operate a manual tape and reel machine to pack electronic components. Read and interpret instructions on travelers and customer specifications to process orders. Handle small electrical components, using a microscope and tweezers to visually inspect products and document results. Perform cover assembly, electrical tests, and packaging while maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas. Record work performed using computer skills. This on-site position in Attleboro, MA, requires first or second shift availability (7 AM–3:30 PM or 3:45 PM–12:15 AM) with a 10% differential for second shift. A high school diploma or GED is required, with one year of production experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to look at parts as small as 1/32" in size under magnification
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and good manual dexterity
- High value on quality work and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fast learner
- Ability to perform work under a microscope and able to identify defects
- Computer experience
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude
- Qualify as 'U.S. Persons' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
