Job Summary
Greet members, consult on safe tanning times and services, and explain differences between UV beds, spray tanning, and wellness offerings. Recommend lotions and products to enhance results while driving sales of tanning services and retail items. Maintain a clean, sanitized tanning and recovery area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and monitored during high-traffic periods. Track daily performance metrics, complete administrative paperwork, and follow company policies and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
