Job Summary
Tanning Consultant needed to drive sales in a commission-driven retail environment. Responsibilities include maintaining salon cleanliness, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, setting up tanning rooms for next customers, assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, and educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring company and legal requirements are met. Ideal candidates have excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods; reliable transportation and flexible availability (nights/weekends) are required. Training is provided (entry level sales training, goal setting, and growth opportunities), with generous commissions and employee discounts available.
