Job Summary
Drive sales through consultative customer service for Palm Beach Tan by meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements. Maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash, assist with opening/closing, complete daily administrative paperwork, and track goals. Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, results-driven, and capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
