Job Summary
Represent Palm Beach Tan as a Tanning and Wellness Advisor, delivering professional, upbeat customer consultations on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning, while meeting/exceeding sales goals. Maintain salon organization, handle cash transactions, support opening/closing duties, complete daily administrative tasks, and participate in training to learn customer service, sales, and leadership skills. Flexible schedule with part-time hours, opportunities for base pay plus commission, and access to staffing benefits such as medical/dental, 401(k), employee discounts, and exclusive membership perks. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; prior retail or sales experience is helpful but not required.
